Topic 1:

Coronaviruses are a family of viruses from illness like the common cold, SARS and MERS. The COVID-19 virus was declared the COVID-19 outbreak a pandemic, In March 2020, by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Topic 2:

Updated S/S; Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19.

Topic 3:

There is still so much that we don’t know about COVID and that includes long-term or even permanent health effects. Even patients who had mild cases of COVID can experience long-term symptoms.

Topic 4:

Since we did our first podcast about COVID, a lot has changed. At that time hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin, and convalescent plasma were all of the news. I wish I could say that we have a full proof plan on treating COVID, but I can’t. Fortunately, we have come up with protocols that our healthcare team are comfortable with, however it's all still speculation.
